Chef Jeff Arbogast, Executive Chef, has been with Feather Sound Country Club for nine years. Before joining our Feather Sound Country Club management team, Chef Jeff spent the previous 20+ years honing his skills, managing and cooking for many of the Bay area’s finest restaurants. He held the position of Chef and Partner in one of Safety Harbor’s upscale Italian restaurants; during his years there, Chef Arbogast found his niche in creating innovative Italian cuisine. You will observe this Italian influence in most of his dishes, from inspired pasta creations to his “Taste of Clearwater Winner”, tiramisu.
Chef Arbogast lives in Dunedin with his wife, Holly, and their two sons, Braxton and Mason. When he is away from the Club, Chef Jeff enjoys shooting hoops with his sons, managing his multiple fantasy football teams, and listening to his favorite band, "The Beatles."
Welcome George Smith-Restaurant Manager (727) 431-4865
It is our pleasure to introduce and welcome George Smith, Restaurant Manager, as a recent addition to our management team at Feather Sound Country Club. Born in Sanford, Florida, George is a 3rd generation Floridian! He was married for sixteen years and is the proud father of two beautiful daughters, Brittany and Olivia.
Having begun his restaurant career in 1987, George's wealth of knowledge gleaned and his varied achievements in the restaurant industry are impressive. He has been responsible for opening new restaurants throughout the country. Highlights of his career include GM of The Villa Nova (Orlando) and Royal Orleans (Orlando), Level 11 and Chill Restaurant & Lounge (St. Pete Beach), as well as Aqua Prime Seafood & Steaks Restaurant (among our "Premier Family of Companies" -- Indian Rocks Beach).
His objective is to bring his comprehensive restaurant awareness to our Club, to ensure that every guest has an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. He is encouraging our Members to kindly contact him directly, via email or phone, regarding any specific restaurant needs and/or comments.
